• 85g parsley, chopped without stems
• 5g fresh mint, chopped
• 85g onion
• 3g salt (1/8 teaspoon)
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 70g - 1-1,5 lemons (peeled and meat removed like a grapefruit)
• 100g extra virgin olive oil
• 85g romain (optional)
• 75 g chopped pecans, macadainia, pine nuts, and/or walnuts
